• Full refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment if no course materials have been accessed
• Partial refunds may be available within 30 days of enrollment, subject to an administrative fee
• No refunds are available after course completion or 60 days from enrollment, whichever comes first
• Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Job Placement Guarantee: While we strive to help all graduates find teaching positions, we cannot guarantee employment. Our job placement rate is based on historical data and individual results may vary.

5. Intellectual Property
